The main store is located in Tainan and eel is known as one of the most popular traditional snacks in southern Taiwan. Its signature fried eel is prepared from strictly selected fresh eel stir-fried with onion and scallion and seasoned with homemade sauce, pepper powder, rice vinegar and sugar. This dish tastes slightly crispy and alluringly delicious!
